PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
Business Challenge: Create an interface for customers to identify their Bose product via serial number look up or visual cues so that they may receive relevant "support" information for their product. Guide customers as to where they can locate their serial number. Flow can be leveraged for other customer-facing engagements where product must be identified.

Solution: Worked alongside SMEs and developers to understand the user needs and technical limitations. Created user flows which helped to shape the final solution. Developed detailed wireframes for both the mobile and desktop experiences to gain stakeholder and technical buy-in.
