Business Challenge: Allow customers to create an account with Bose so that they may track their orders and maintain their products.

Solution: Created a secure area for customers to view detailed order information (tracking and other order statuses) as well as a place to maintain their products. In their My Products section, customers can view relevant product information (name, color, serial number) and have access to writing reviews, purchasing accessories and getting support.

Deliverables: Clickable prototype and annotated wireframes for both mobile and desktop.
​
Results: Just over 52,000 new registered users since go live.
