Business Challenge: Digitalize drug product information on CVS.com

​

Process/Solution: Collaborated closely with Digital Pharmacy Product, UX Content and Engineering to lead the final design solution that would allow CVS customers to search for a drug by name or NDC number and get complete drug information, digitally. Led a user study to evaluate how users expected to interact with/navigate between content types on the drug product pages and the relevancy and placement of any tasks that could be initiated from the calls to actions on the page.

Deliverables: User research plan (with clickable prototype), wireframes and final UI

Results: Once launched, saved CVS over $17 million in annual operational costs, reduced the use of paper, and delivered better customer and employee experiences.
