Business Challenge: Allow customers to schedule vaccine appointments for more than one person​

Process/Solution: Partnered with our UX Writer and Research teams to augment the Vaccination scheduler to support the ability to schedule up to 4 people for vaccines.
​
Deliverables: Initial UX strategy, clickable prototype, research plan, and annotated wireframes.
​
Results: Overwhelmingly positive Voice of Customer feedback. "I was so happy to find that I could schedule my husband and myself at the same time as a group. Before it was such a hassle to do it separately, hoping for times close together on the same day. Thank you for that!" (Source: VoC Digital)
