Patient Selection & Service Banner (MinuteClinic)
Business Challenge: Allow for a single patient to be selected for a specific service at MinuteClinic. Display service chosen prominently.

Process/Solution: Leveraged the digital Pulse design system to ensure the appropriate native and web components used for the final solution were on brand. Created new "service" component banner to showcase the service user selected prior to landing on the patient selection screen.

Deliverables: Design strategy and final UI​ for iOS, Android, mWeb and Desktop.

Results: Weekly visits increased by 38% (web) and 43% (native).
