Business Challenge: Redesign​ the Contact Us page of Bose.com to showcase the most common ways for customers and prospects to contact Bose. Drive traffic away from the call centers and to the self help areas of Bose.com. Provide users with the most relevant contact methods in order of business preference.

Solution: Worked with SMEs to understand preferred contact methods. Created wireframes in order to gain stakeholder and technical buy-in. Recommended specific iconography to be used for each contact method.
