ACCESSORY BUNDLES
Business Challenge: Eliminate the number of clicks necessary for a customer to add an accessory to their core product. Increase the average order amount by allowing customers to add an accessory directly from the e-commerce area of the product page. Customer must easily be able to view accessory details: image, price, color options. Additional details about the accessory to appear within an overlay so user can make a well-informed decision.

Process/Solution: Worked with e-Commerce SMEs to understand relevant cross-sell strategies. Provided a solution that could be leveraged for all Bose products.
